In this workshop Dr Peter Holmes and Dr Susan Williams propose that good sleep is an art form that many of us have to learn. They set out a range of factors that contribute to poor quality sleep and offer suggestions about how sleep can be improved. The workshop is taught from a Biblical foundation. It will be equally helpful to people with or without an active Christian faith.
