Information about canceling your membership:
- After your membership is cancelled you will no longer receive subscription notifications from the Online Community Forum.
- Your Community Forum posts that were made while you were a member of Rapha Journey will continue to be visible by other members of the Community Forum
Instructions to cancel your membership:
If you have purchased a yearly membership your membership will expire after 1 year and will not be automatically renewed. If you would like to renew your membership you can do so through the ‘join us’ page. When you use the same email address it will automatically link to the same account.
You are able to cancel your monthly recurring Rapha Journey Online Membership subscription anytime you wish by following these instructions. Your recurring monthly payment is processed through PayPal. To cancel your membership you will need to do so through PayPal. Here are detailed instructions to do that:
- Step #1 – Login to your PayPal Account at www.paypal.com
- Step #2 – Click on the “Account Profile icon”. It is the “gear” icon in the upper right corner.
- Step #3 – Click on the “Preapproved payments” link at the bottom right of the page.
- Click on the “Rapha Journey” merchant
- Click “Cancel” on the transaction details page.
- Confirm you want to delete your subscription by clicking “Cancel Profile”.

Step #1 – Login to your PayPal account
Step #2 – The screen that you will land on after logging is your account summary screen. If you click on the gear icon it will take you to your account profile.
Step #3 – Click on the “Preapproved payments” link at the bottom right of the page.
Step #4 – On this screen you will see all the preapproved payments for your account. If you click on Rapha Journey you will be able to see the payment in greater detail.
Step #5 – This page is a detailed description of the membership transaction made with Rapha Journey. You will notice at the top of the screen there is a cancel button.
Step #6 – After clicking the cancel button a pop-up window will appear. To cancel your Rapha Journey subscription click the orange “Cancel Profile” button, otherwise you can click the grey “Don’t Cancel Profile” button.
