Addictions are far more prevalent than we realize. We often assume they are something that happens to someone else, but many of us struggle day-to-day with repeated behavior that injures us, albeit in a socially acceptable way.
Being able to undo an addiction is a lifeskill we all need, not only for ourselves but also for those around us. Rather than the hopelessness that often accompanies addiction, if we engage wisely, emotionally as well as behaviorally, addition can be undone.
