Dealing with Loss and Grief, Part 2

We welcome your suggestions and examples for future audios. So please email them through or include them on our forum (for members of our online community), or in the comments below. THANK YOU for taking the time to do this.

In this follow-up audio, we explore some of the complexities and hidden dimensions of loss and grief. There are so many issues that can trip us up as we walk these unwelcome journeys. We are often saying goodbye to more than we realize, battling the interruption to the daily rhythms of our life. We struggle with blame or shame. We have to learn to grieve when the person we are grieving is still living, to grieve the loss of houses and finance and reputation and health+++. We have to face the multi-dimensional loss arising from traumatic situations. And as part of the grief journey in time, we have to find a place of being able to celebrate the good memories, honoring the loss while carrying life and redemption for the future. As with all our audios, our online community and our Zoom group sessions offer support to anyone who chooses to embark on a journey such as this.
