Hypocrisy is more complicated than we think. The easiest way to demonstrate that it is by looking at the change processes in our own lives. They often create an extended moment of temporary hypocrisy, as we try to press into new areas of growth whilst the old habits still linger. We lived in two different realities, a gradually transforming experience of welcoming the new.
The unhealthy hypocrisy that many of us have experienced is much more harmful. We usually encounter it as a recipient and sometimes as a perpetrator, an experience of deceit, often in a relationship of trust. In this audio we will explore how to find healing from other’s hypocrisy and how to press on in our own journey of growing integrity.
